How to have them ⬇️⬇️ Jeera – Gulp it down with water 💧😋🌱

Saunf – chew 1 tsp post meals 🌱
Almonds – 5 soaked overnight 🌰
Walnuts- 2 soaked overnight 🌰💧
Ajwain + water – Boil 1 tsp Ajwain in water 💧👍
Flaxseeds – 1 tsp grounded over fruits 🧠
Kali kishmish : 5-7 soaked overnight ▪️
