After seeing one of your videos earlier this year I asked my doctor about the Oura ring and he’s all for it. (He’s been using it to track some Alzheimer’s patients’ activity!) I got the Oura ring in March and I LOVE it!

Like you, I had a day last week when I woke up about an hour early and checked my ring. Lots of red for sleep! I slept another hour then everything was perfect!

Late last night I was very sick. This morning my ring is telling me not to worry about my daytime stress (because my body temp was higher than normal), just focus on relaxing and self-care.

I love so much about this ring and really appreciate your insights on sleep! Thank you for sharing, Jenny! I pray your healing comes fast!

That’s interesting about the animal fat at night before bed time. I wonder if coconut oil could do the same thing maybe? I’m putting that book in my Audible mist buy list.
