Because no one is as self distructive as pepple who help people
This is only an option if you can afford to do so. As someone who is chronically ill I don’t have any spare time to take off.
Privileged take lol
Bills and emplyers who do not offer pto or refuse to approve it da fuq
Because it’s life. Bills don’t stop because you have things going on. You only use it for health reasons, family matters like funerals, or other important things. “I’m fighting over my kid is not a reason to miss work”. Clearly she has never been in a court hearing about custody. The judge will ask and see your work history or last pay stub and will notice the “i took a week off judge because of stress”. Which means you can’t be trusted with full/joint/unsupervised/50-50 custody. Please people don’t listen to her. She lives in Lala land and has money for a therapist.
She clearly doesn’t live paycheck to paycheck. And no, it’s not a matter of money management. You have to live with nothing to save so I do but I get no days off. I never get to stop. This is the case for millions of Americans.
Because we need the income. Private practice here.
Often it’s guilt/shame. Feeling responsible for others. Can be rooted on childhood.
Socioeconomic factors.
“Like-like…” I “like” think she is “like…” from California. I know only all too well “like” how difficult it is to “like…” not use “like” as both an adjective and “like-like” as punctuation, “like” in the same sentence, “like” all the time. I wish I could “like” stop saying “like,”(insert “like” here as punctuation) “like” so much. It would “like” be a big change for me.🤣
