I truly need to to practice sleep health..
I developed chronic insomnia along with anxiety & compromised autoimmune system during a very abusive marriage. Not physical, but verbal, emotional, mental, financial, and even environmental abuse. Hope to be out of this environment by the end of the month and that is the first thing I am going to work on in a brand new environment.. ❤
