Please family … fruits bypass the pancreas so diabetics please cure yourself with berry’s. Yes it will spike as I’m normal then adjust however ot won’t harm you !
Yes fruits should be blended to receive the fiber which time releases the fructose ( which is not the same as sugar) . Greens and veggies can be juiced using a slow masticating juicer ( simulates chewing)

Juice gives me a sugar buzz. It messes up my glucose levels. Smoothies don’t have the same effect because I’m getting the fiber and other goodies.
Juice is just about the worst thing you can consume. Fructose is basically an instant hit of sugar absolutely destroying ur blood sugar level.
Buy a soup maker make meat and vegerable soups
Buy a slow cooker for bone broth for that cleansing if u add fasting ontop of that if weightloss is ur goal u are gonna smash ur targets.
More sleep, drink water and eat eggs. Do these rhings and ur well on ur way to good health
And juicing promotes insulin resistance. Don’t juice!
