I did three movements this morning: the warm up (been doing that every morning), then the shoulder stretch, then the jumping with hand shaking. This relieved pain immediately. Then after smoking one cigarette, I did more stretching. I have a Qigong playlist. I love these videos. Thank you very much for everything. 🙏🙏🙏
