Hours are increased from 8hrs to 12hrs or more, if you’re not already doing those hours. If the job is physically demanding, you are fkd

3:48 – i agree. It’s like expecting the rich to agree with a wealth tax, and then they go on ZB complaining about their investment portfolios if they get taxed 😂
Simple fix to the economy, tax the rich, give the low and middle income a real dose of equality and feeling of well being 😂

I’m sure this depends a lot on the type of job. I work in IT and in my *current* role, I could easily do it in a 4 day week. But I used to work in a factory as an assembler and that has an almost 1 to 1 ratio of hours worked to output. But even then, that would vary between different IT jobs and factory jobs

4 day week = more output per hour worked (more rested = more energy) but less output per week ( 32 hours =/= 40 hours). Paying an employee 5 days when they only work 4 will destroy profits and the business will cease. It baffles me how this idea is still taken seriously. A lot of people are just looking for a free lunch that doesn’t exist.

I have a part time job 5 hours a day and the boss said I get more done then the last guy. He did 8 hours a day. I do work Mon to Fri. The truth is who can work 40 hours a week? I don’t just mean be there for 40 hours I am saying work for 40 hours. You would get tired mate! Maybe if you do a desk job, but 40hours a week in a desk job must be boring. I think this guy in the video hasn’t actually had a physical job.

Lol, let the people suggesting this start their own businesses and see how sustainable it is. Then lets ask the employees to access how effective this is once the company cant afford staff and they loose their jobs. Nice idea, but so is the tooth fairy. This is the type of logic that were being asked to adopt here. Put your money where your mouth is and do it yourself before asking others to go along with your nonsense.
