I have not used coated pans for years. I only use Cuisinart stainless steel cookware. And I do have a cast iron pan that I use as well. Great video. Thank you Liz :*)

Top tip for using SSteel frying pans …

Heat the pan empty, when warmed, add fat of choice ( butter, ghee, tallow etc) then when that’s heated, add the food

My fried eggs slide beautifully 😂

We’ve not used non stick pans for a very long time. Ive never wanted a microwave or an air fryer. My only worry is when i eat out what do they use. I hope others learn from your informative videos Liz. Thank you for sharing.

Liz, very interesting subject and really scary that the convenience that a modern kitchen can offer could potentially be harmful to our health. It would be really helpful if you could suggest alternatives ( in particular in relation to reheated leftovers in the microwave)
