Thanks now my fatass can feel better about binge eating a whole pack of xtra spicy and large hot Cheetos.
I am fat and i am going to blame it on food industry, government, asians and Italians for cooking delicious food but us.
Because its bloody too hard to keep the damn food out of our mouth hence everyone else has to be blamed.
Sick logic.
Truth
That’s absolutely a cop-out. If you’re fat, it’s an outward representation of your lack of discipline and self control. End of story. The same goes for drug addicts (excluding the ones with mental illness).
If you just put the fork down sooner you wouldn’t be fat anymore. It’s LITERALLY THAT SIMPLE. Stop running away from your problems by consuming and face it or when you die you’ll have a million regrets. Trust me. Get after it and stop worrying about the past because your life will end sooner than you think. You only get one.
