I’ll add that we all need to get outside and actually do real things. Think of your life before social media… how did you spend your time? Get early sunlight. I’m 64, female, mow my lawn with a push mower, do all my own yard work. I lift weights (100 lb deadlifts, squats, impact jumps), and walk a couple of miles each day. I drink a couple cups of green tea daily, berries, fish. And I turned off the Left biased lying news.
Tried all the hacks. ice baths, preworkouts, even dopamine detoxes. none of it clicked. I felt so tired everyday. then someone dropped Testosterone Rewired by David Brooks in a comment and I checked it out. been locked in ever since. no hype, just clarity. wild how long I was running on fumes.🔥
I felt so drained and tired everday. I tried everything, preworkouts, youtube gurus, morning routines that nearly killed me. none of it hit. then i saw someone mention Testosterone Rewired by David Brooks in the comments and it literally changed my life. Following everything in that book past couple of weeks made me realize I was running on empty for YEARS. wish I knew about this years ago🔥
Disagree about the socialization… I want to choose when I would like to socialize.. Not like with covid where you were forced to not socialize.. I have friends who I like to be with, but the majority of people, NO.. as I age I enjoy much more being alone… But, I’m not really alone.. I am a child of God who has trusted in the Lord Jesus to be my savior… Jesus, God’s only precious son, and through the holy Spirit I am totally content… I choose who I want to be socialized with…
