I have to really think about adding protein -it does not come naturally to me. Need ideas for more Healthy snacks? I like crackers -baked for example. But ultra processed agghhhh. Any good ideas for nighttime snacking?

Wow….. that looks like such a lot of food.
Do you think it’s true that the less you eat the smaller your stomach can comfortably take.
I have always been a grazer, consuming small amounts of healthy food through the day but having a meal on the evening usually fish and veg.
I always have that full feeling after that meal and feel uncomfortable. So I’m wondering does your stomach shrink get used to small amounts ?
I just think I’m doing everything wrong 🤷♀️
