It is sad and painful to end a longterm friendship. Before tippexing someone, I put them on the back burner. Thereby, giving them and myself a chance to warm up again about each other. I’m very attached to the value of loyalty but realised that I was often attached to the attachment. Especially to those friends that I met when I was between ages 5 and 11, I am now 73! Additionaly, reciprocity is of utmost importance for me personally in any relationship and when I feel that I am on a one way street, I get very upset! Loved the show and am so happy that being the wonderful women that we are, at whatever age we happen to be, is now being valued, thanks to Jo and other women of the same ilk. Thank you and please keep up the good work!

Writing from NYC. Love Jo; love all the ladies. I was a big fan of QVC here in the States. I tried all sorts of product lines that were not carried in stores as well as QVC’s own line of merchandise. Unfortunately, the channel here has lost its luster. They let go many of the hosts (or presenters) who were older but always extremely prepared and hired a younger group. I’m not saying the latter aren’t good, but they aren’t polished. The ratings have gone down and some of the celeb vendors have left. I wish the US QVC would take a page out of the UK’s; we might have a return to the “glory days.”
