Thank you for the info Liz, it makes much sense to delay that coffee first thing in the morning 😊
Oh I’m smiling listening to this , as almost two weeks ago , I’d already decided to shift my only coffee of the day , first thing , to later on in the morning , like you just to experiment , which is what I do a lot 😂😅. So I usually have both my warmed fresh lemon , filtered water , creatine water , besides my coffee . So I swapped my nootropic coffee to fresh peppermint tea . I have noted a more calmer start to my day , and I then look forwards to my coffee later on 🫶🏼
Hi Liz, funny you should post this, in my mid 60’s now and have and do suffer with cortisol issues due to time of life and what it throws at us, and like you experiment on myself by changing things. I have/had very young skin until recently when it became very dry and starting to wrinkle. I have been drinking coffee first thing and then need another cup! Last week I change from coffee (which I never use to drink) and back to dandelion root coffee and more water and herb or fruit teas, in a week my skin is nearly how it was, I feel calmer and more focused. I thought I’d post as may be helpful to others. Thanks as always Liz for your channel x
Very interesting Liz.Thank you I will try this immediately as my hormones are all over the place at the moment and stress levels are definitely up!
Am definitely going to try this! It makes a lot of sense actually. Thanks for the great tip Liz❤
Thanks so much liz for everything ❤
Will definitely try this. I must be aittle stressed as I am back to night sweats, getting up for the loo and hair shedding badly for the last couple of months.
