Yes you need to keep your physical and mental health well, sometimes we all feel awful, we all have days like that and a lot of people do suffer from bad mental health problems, we need to be good to ourselves, life is hard! But although life is hard and can be bad there are lots of nice and good things in life. Always hove yourself something to look forward too..sometimes i go for a nice walk and then i see a lot of nice people to speak too then i see some lovely cats to make a fuss and which are vwry friendly back, bless them, of which cheers me up.

Our well being depends on a number of things and it’s our job to take care of ourselves. I have realized just how important that is going through bereavement. We can’t allow ourselves to fall into a pit of gloom. We may not feel like being social butterflies yet, but we must nurture our lives. I took myself out to lunch at a local cafe. I want to establish small outings, so I don’t isolate myself. Your guest is lovely and I hope you have her on here again.
