Totally agree that it’s best to move your body in the morning.
It’s better to air out the bed before making it though. Everyone sweats during the night and you probably wouldn’t want to create a breeding ground for bed bugs.
So I’d suggest adjusting the order of your morning routine a bit: wake up – hydrate! – brush your teeth – go for a walk or do yoga – make your bed – enjoy your coffee.
