I’m not saying this applies to everyone losing sleep over school, but lets be real. Most of the time these people just have bad time management. I’m premed with a job and research on the side, and I get straight A’s with 8 hours of sleep every night. Going to the gym 5x a week too. Make a daily schedule and stick to it yall.
Worth it in the end 🤷♀️can’t be successful if you don’t put the work in
I just found out that eating only once a day towards when you go to bed can apparently cause you to be pre-diabetic.
Never been a student, but just had an eating disorder. But yeah… my doctor told me to be eaten more often.
I may or may not be one of them.. 😁
