No food is the “enemy”, if you have too much of anything it can go wrong. Look online (from credible sources) or better speak with your doctor or a dietitian (if you can) on how much sugar or salt you should probably consume in a day. No food is the “enemy” and vocabulary like that can lead to disordered eating habits. Remember everything in Moderation.
bit misleading with number 2. Both sugar and salt in large quantities is bad for you. But both in small quantities is ok. It’s literally all about balance
